Kerry was last seen on Friday, February 5th, 2016 as she exited her place of business, Bealls Department Store(12200 San Jose Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32223). Her boyfriend reported her missing on the following Tuesday (the 9th) but no one can account for her whereabouts since the 5th besides him. Kerry is hearing impaired and uses hearing aids.
